sauteed in olive oil with garlic, shallots, oven roasted tomatoes and mushrooms, finished with Madeira wine demi-glace. Includes fresh vegetable and choice of potato.

full New Zealand rack of lamb with an herb and dijon mustard crust, finished with a madeira wine demi-glace. Includes salad, fresh vegetable and choice of potato.




Salmon Caesar Salad
oven-roasted fresh salmon fillet served over a large Caesar salad

Pasta Carbonara
sliced grilled chicken, crisp bacon, sausage and roasted red pepper sauteed with herb garlic butter and parmesdan cheese cream sauce, tossed with linguini

Chicken and Mushroom Ravioli
breast of chicken pan-seared in olive oil with shallots, garlic, mushrooms and oven-roasted tomatoes, served with mushroom ravioli and finished with madeira wine demi-glace. Includes fresh vegetable.

8oz. Certified Angus Beef hamburger cooked to order and served with french fries and coleslaw.
