mixed greens with sliced red apple, walnuts, raspberries and dried cranberries, tossed with cranberry vinaigrette dressing and topped with lightly fried goat cheese
Mussels Moqueca (moo-kek-ah)
Prince Edward Island mussels simmered with lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, diced onions, green and red peppers, diced tomatoes, fresh celantro, scallions and coconut milk
Herb Roasted Scallops
fresh sea scallops rolled in herb crumbs, oven roasted and served over beurre blanc sauce. Includes salad, fresh vegetable and choice of potato.
Shrimp Moqueca (moo-kek-ah)
shrimp simmered with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, diced onions, peppers and tomato, fresh celantro, scallions and coconut milk. Served with white rice and asparagus.
Pistachio Encrusted Salmon
fresh salmon fillet encrusted with finely chopped pistachios, baked and finished with mango salsa. Includes salad, fresh vegetable and choice of potato
Pan Seared Chicken with Mushroom Ravioli
breast of chicken pan seared in olive oil with garlic, shallots, mushrooms, oven-roasted tomatoes and spinach, served with mushroom ravioli and finished with madeira wine demi-glace. Includes salad and fresh vegetable
Rack of Lamb (Thursdays only)
full rack of New Zealand lamb with an herb crumb and Dijon mustard coating, finished with a rosemary demi-glace. Includes salad, fresh vegetable and choice of potato.
