5oz. filet mignon served with two crabmeat stuffed shrimp. Served with fresh vegetable and choice of potato
fresh swordfish steak with your choice of two methods of preparation, either grilled with Cajun spices or grilled and finished with lemon basil butter. Both include fresh vegetable and choice of potato.
Roast Half Duck
half duck roasted and finished with a dark sweet cherry sauce. Served with fresh vegetable and choice of potato
Medallions of Tenderloin
pan seared with shallots, garlic, shiitake mushrooms and oven roasted tomatoes, finished with madeira wine demi-glace. Served with fresh vegetable and choice of potato
Rack of Lamb (Thursday's Only)
full New Zealand rack of lamb with an herb and dijon mustard crust, finished with a madeira wine demi-glace. Includes salad, fresh vegetable and choice of potato.
