baked en casserole with a cheddar cheese cream sauce and a light Ritz crumb topping. Includes fresh vegetable and choice of potato

Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo
sliced grilled chicken and fresh broccoli simmered in a creamy alfredo sauce and tossed with penne pasta

Salmon Caesar Salad
oven-roasted fresh salmon fillet served over a large caesar salad

Chicken and Mushroom Ravioli
breast of chicken pan-seared in olive oil with shallots, garlic, mushrooms and oven-roasted tomatoes, served with mushroom ravioli and finished with madeira wine demi-glace. Includes fresh vegetable.
