12oz Certified Angus Beef sirloin cooked to order and topped with lobster meat and asparagus, finished with bearnaise sauce. Includes fresh vegetable and choice of potato
Fried Seafood Combo
fried fish of the day and fried shrimp combo, served with coleslaw, french fries, tartar sauce and lemon
Salmon Caesar Salad
fresh salmon filletoven-roasted and served over a large Caesar salad
Rack of Lamb (Thursday's Only)
full New Zealand rack of lamb with an herb and dijon mustard crust, finished with a madeira wine demi-glace. Includes salad, fresh vegetable and choice of potato.
