 Wild King Salmon
fresh wild king salmon encrusted with finely chopped pistachios, grilled and finished with a fresh mango salsa. Includes salad, fresh vegetable and choice of potato.


Grilled Shrimp Kabob
five large shrimp with red pepper, yellow pepper and onions marinated in olive oil, garlic, lemon and pepper, then grilled. Includes salad, fresh vegetable and choice of potato

Tenderloin Tips Salad
pan seared tenderloin tips served over mixed greens with walnuts, cucumbers, onions, dried cranberries and crumbled blue cheese, choice of dressing 

                               Swordfish Steak
fresh swordfish steak grilled and topped with sauteed baby shrimp, capers, artichokes, roasted red pepper and garlic butter.  Includes salad, fresh vegetable and choice of potato.

           Scallops Putanesca           
fresh sea scallops pan seared in olive oil with basil, garlic, roasted red pepper, capers, kalamata oives and spicy marinara sauce, served  over linguini. Includes salad.                       

                                Rack of Lamb (Thursdays only)
full rack of New Zealand lamb with an herb crumb and Dijon mustard coating, finished with a rosemary demi-glace. Includes salad, fresh vegetable and choice of potato.
