pan seared with shallots, garlic, shiitake mushrooms and oven roasted tomatoes, finished with Madeira wine demi-glace. Includes fresh vegetable and choice of potato

Surf and Turf
5oz. filet mignon with bearnaise sauce served with two baked stuffed shrimp. Includes fresh vegetable and choice of potato. 


Salmon Caesar Salad
fresh salmon fillet grilled and served over a large Caesar salad

 Rack of Lamb (Thursday's Only)
full New Zealand rack of lamb with an herb and dijon mustard crust, finished with a madeira wine demi-glace. Includes salad, fresh vegetable and choice of potato.
