Stuffed Artichoke Bottoms
artichoke bottoms baked with a diced red pepper, bacon and cheese stuffing, serving of four

Coconut Shrimp
tempura battered shrimp deep fried, dipped in coconut glaze and rolled in toasted coconut, serving of four over mixed greens

Prince Edward Island mussels sauteed in olive oil and herb garlic butter 




 Seafood Ambrosia
shrimp, scallops, littleneck clams, mussels and calamari sauteed and  served with white clam sauce over linguini. Includes salad.


Grilled Chicken Salad
mixed greens salad with sliced apple, walnuts, raspberries and dried cranberries, tossed with cranberry vinaigrette dressing and topped with sliced grilled breast of chicken.

Roast Salmon Caesar Salad
fresh salmon fillet grilled and served over a large caesar salad

Fisherman's Platter
fried shrimp, clams, oysters, scallops and fish. Served with french fries, coleslaw and tartar sauce.

Tenderloin Tips
sauteed with oven-roasted tomatoes, mushrooms, shallots and garlic, finished with madeira wine sauce. Includes salad, fresh vegetable and choice of potato. 

Swordfish Steak
fresh swordfish steak, your choice of two methods of preparation, either grilled and finished with a lemon herb butter, or grilled with cajun spices. Includes salad, fresh vegetable and choice of potato.

                                Rack of Lamb (Thursdays only)
full rack of New Zealand lamb with an herb crumb and Dijon mustard coating, finished with a rosemary demi-glace. Includes salad, fresh vegetable and choice of potato.
