Leg of Lamb
thinly sliced, served with lamb sauce

Pot Roast
traditional, served with carrots, peas and pearl onions

Sole Francaise
fresh fillet dipped in egg and flour, sauteed and finished with a lemon and white wine butter sauce


 Chicken Marsala
breast of chicken pan seared in olive oil and garlic, finished with a Marsala wine demi glace

Steak Tips
marinated in soy sauce, ginger, garlic and brown sugar then grilled with peppers, mushrooms and onions

   Grilled Salmon
         fresh salmon fillet grilled and finished with bearnaise sauce

Scrod
topped with lightly buttered crumbs

Seafood Casserole
shrimp, scallops and cod in a white wine butter, topped with Ritz cracker crumbs
