Shrimp Putatanesca
shrimp sauteed in olive oil with garlic, kalamata olives, capers and oven roasted red peppers, finished with spicey marinara sauce, served over linguini 

 Pot Roast
traditional, served with carrots, peas and pearl onions

Haddock au Gratin
fresh haddock baked en casserole with a creamy cheddar cheese sauce

Steak Tips
marinated in soy sauce, ginger, garlic and brown sugar then grilled with peppers, mushrooms and onions

Chicken Parmesan
boneless chicken breast lightly breaded, pan seared and baked with mozzarella cheese, finished with marinara sauce

   Grilled Salmon
         fresh salmon fillet grilled and finished with bearnaise sauce

Scrod
topped with lightly buttered crumbs

Seafood Casserole
shrimp, scallops and cod in a white wine butter, topped with Ritz cracker crumbs
