Grilled Salmon
fresh salmon fillet grilled and seved with bearnaise sauce
Haddock au Gratin
baked and served en casserole with cream, cheddar cheese and a light Ritz crumb topping
Eggplant Parmesan
fresh eggplant topped with breadcrumbs, pan seared and topped with mozzarella cheese and marinara sauce
Pot Roast
traditional, served with carrots, peas and pearl onions
Leg of Lamb
thinly sliced roast leg of lamb, finished with lamb sauce
Baked Scrod
topped with lightly buttered crumbs
Seafood Casserole
shrimp, scallops and Chatham scrod in a white wine butter, topped with Ritz crumbs
